October 29th, 2009. Day four of Hike the Highlands Festival. Was an important day for tramps - it exhibited us the importance of boost with poles and the proper techniques. It too emphasise dressing in beds and utilization of rainfall cogwheel as the day regarded showers. Our teacher, Linda Murray commenced away thenordicwalking shop at North Highland Nordic Ski Trails.
