After wandering through these haunting hot springs for a while, we moved on to our hike of the day, the Snow Pass/Hoodoos Loop. The views of the surrounding mountains were stunning, even with the overcast skies. Since I had a weekday off, Diana and I decided to tackle the Chief Sealth Trail which runs under the power lines just south of Mercer Middle School approx 4 miles to just west of the Kubota Gardens in Rainier Beach. Diana at the start of our walk. The paved walk is made of recycled materials.soil and concrete. Yay! Nice View Looking East towards Lake Washington. Passed by a few really cool P Patches on our walk.
