Basketball, All about basketball! 籃球, 任何關於籃球的事 你喜歡籃球嗎? 三分線,即是從這條線後射入的球值三分.這三分可以為球隊帶來優勢甚至帶來勝利,可以算是場上一個重要的得分手段.雖然三分這麼重要,但你知道他的由來嗎? 除了勝利帶給我歡樂外,練習的成果亦帶給我不少歡樂.近來,因為工作上問題,時間多了很多,我亦藉這些時間去練習射球,練了我一直想練習的三分球.我每次練球均會以射入一百至二百球為止,因為我的命中率不高,所以每次我要用兩小時左右,總共約射了四五百球. 因為是個人練習的關係,每次射球後,均要自己去拿回籃球.如果每球也入,那就舒服多了,但可惜,我大概射四球才入一球,所以基本上每射一球,我都要"長途跋涉"去找回我的籃球.對我來說,這亦可以練體能及意志. 射了約一個月後,我現在我朋友3on3時,射三分亦輕鬆了,命中率亦高了.這練習成果,令我覺得我的練習沒有白廢.亦因為球隊的練習,令我上籃也強了,我亦放膽多下球過人上籃. 雖然三分準了,但罰球差了,看來我之後要多放時間練罰球,不然掌上壓會累積到每次三百了.

NBA 每年均有很多不同的新人加入,可能是高中明星球員,或者沒有什麼大名氣的大學球員.每一名新加入的球員,均必須經過戰爭的洗禮,才能真正融入球隊,真正融入NBA. 每一名明星級球員,均要經過新人,一年級生的階段,才能踏足更高的舞台.不論是高比,占士,柏賓或奧尼爾,他們均要經過球隊中的特別歡迎儀式,這儀式便是被隊友玩弄. 之前在MTV台有個探訪名人家的節目,其中有些就是NBA的球星,看完之後,發覺NBA球員的家一定有私人影院及私人車展,真的有點兒誇張. Red Bull King of The Rock灌籃高手香港區一對一選拔賽. 2011-9-13 在香港的修頓籃球場舉行了一場獨特的1 on 1 籃球賽。 是日的選拔賽吸引了超過250名觀衆在灣仔修頓籃球場圍觀。比賽以單循環淘汰的形式進行，64位參賽者會分組在各半場中進行一對一比賽，每一回合時限為5分鐘比賽。該回合的勝利者必須跑到另一半場中與另一方進行新一回合的比賽。換言之，只有勝利及回家兩種結果，而在球場上逗留得愈耐，勝出的機會便愈高。 經過了幾回合，場上只剩下任卓文(香港業餘籃球隊永倫的前隊員)及蘇伊俊兩位選手進行一對一的對決。他們施展渾身解數，絕不放過任何投籃的機會。最後，蘇伊俊凴著一個完美的入球，為當天的比賽畫上完滿的句號。 想得到更多有關資料，請瀏覽 www.redbull.hk/kingoftherock. 標籤： 1 on 1.
