You Know What I Need, but I Don't. 星期二, 10月 05, 2010. 某日在抹窗用的舊報紙上發現了秋季觀星圖，馬上撕下保存，留待夜晚按圖索驥。擡頭看了半個多小時，除了北斗七星和大小熊座之外，其他都找不著。除了是因為滿天繁星花多眼亂，還有那對天象莫名奇妙的恐懼心理。「這麼容易就讓我看到的就不是星星了！」我想。還是褪不掉的妄自菲薄。 剛離開生活了廿多年的城市時，對於無光害的星空，除了興奮，還有滿滿的茫然。那清晰得有如一匹白紗的銀河，是唯一可辨識的東西。深秋工作完畢時天已全黑，常常就在牛舍外抬頭發呆。 離家快滿一年，大部份時間都在鄉郊打轉及混飯吃。最後的兩個半月，在一間鄉村餐廳的廚房裡工作。我負責在晚飯後洗碗及清潔，完成工作時往往已十時。打開廚房的門，迎面就看到北斗七星，仲夏時天黑得晚，它們卻早已特立獨行率先現身，在澄清的夜空中顯眼得令人無法忽視。出現得超乎想像地頻密的流星有如路上無數友善但疏離的. 路人甲乙丙，北斗七星與不遠處的北極星卻與我每晚準時相見，還為此查看了每顆星在古籍中的名字。 65288;未修改版已刊於中大學生報十月號，sorry）.
