Grandpa and Grandma Hoggan: January 2011
http://over50familymembers.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Grandpa and Grandma Hoggan. Saturday, January 22, 2011. Getting Settled in Dresden. Here we are in romantic Dresden and just loving it! Dresden is a beautiful old city with a lot of history. We are told that much of it was leveled during WWII. However, we still see many beautiful old buildings that are still around and in use. We live in one of those. We live in the basement of this older home. The Elders have been super helpful as well. Through it. He uses the book and I use my heart. It works! We've in...

The Jackson Family: May 2009
http://nateandamyjackson.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 31, 2009. Remembering our family veterans. Grampee's headstone. We were able to see many other family members at the cemetery as well including Gramee, Jeff and Shirley, and Brad and Andrea. The weather was just absolutely perfect, which apparently is very rare for Memorial day in Washington. Me trying to get Casey to walk. He still prefers to crawl though. We also stopped by Grandpa Jackson's grave and saw that other family had already visited. They left flowers and a balloon. Across the str...

The Shaws: December 2011
http://6shaws.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 23, 2011. Thoughts of the Season. Life was so much simpler 100-200 years ago. Some days I wish I could go back to that time period and live and show my children just how easy they have it during this time period. Our family has been blessed with the ability to travel to Montana twice this season. We were able to come for Thanksgiving and then again for Christmas. I love to be with family! We send our love to those who read this and to those who do not! Jon, Pamela,. I'm really proud of m...

Remember When...: Cooper's Sixth
http://coribadori.blogspot.com/2010/09/coopers-sixth.html
I don't want to forget a single moment of this precious time. Sunday, September 5, 2010. It's time to get caught up on the blog! Cooper turned 6 in April. He had kept asking me to make him complicated costumes for his bear. I am not much of a seamstress (as in, I can sew a straight line if I concentrate really hard! So I told him about Build-A-Bear and maybe we could go there sometime. He decided that's where he wanted to have his birthday. Fine with me! They do all the work, I pay the bill and off we go.

The Shaws: August 2011
http://6shaws.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 31, 2011. School has started.time to get busy. Kyra is in the 4th grade and loves it. Megan is in the 3rd grade and loves it. Jacob started Kindergarten and loves it, but I think he loves riding the bus most of all. Ethan is lonely. He's adjusting to being on his own, but still wants to know when Jacob is coming home. So far he has been awake before the other three and so he gets to "hang out" with them some before the bus comes. Here's to an excitingly busy school year! I must admit th...

Our Journey to Adoption: Canning Applesauce
http://tammyandjared.blogspot.com/2013/10/canning-applesauce.html
Our Journey to Adoption. Monday, October 21, 2013. This year mom and dad’s apple trees produced lots and lots of fruit. So instead of Teresa, mom, and me canning our own apples, we all got together to can. What an experience! We had cooked so many apples that Jared even had to make a late night run to Walmart, Keslers, and Ridleys to find more canning jars. When it was all said and done, we ended up with over than 150 jars of apple sauce (50 jars per family). Teresa, Mom, Cindy, and Tammy. Utah Kids in OZ.

Wednesday, January 1, 2014. 2014 (My lame attempt at a Christmas letter). To our wonderful family and friends! Where has all the time gone? Some days seem to drag by while others speedily race me to the end of the week. A lot has happened in the past 10-11 months. We have been in Pueblo now for 16 months. I can't believe it! We love our home and all that comes with it! Give me Relief Society or rowdy sunbeams and I'd be more at peace! Kyra turned 12 this past year. She is babysitting and LOVES it! Megan ...

The Jackson Family: October 2009
http://nateandamyjackson.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 29, 2009. Emma is three months old today! She loves to make noises and tell us her baby joys and woes. It's so fun and cute to hear her! I also took some pictures of her in a couple of my favorite outfits. I couldn't really get her to smile big because she's been kind of grumpy today. Changing her and doing a photo shoot wasn't in her plans for the day apparently.lol. I got a few cute pictures, though, so it wasn't all a lost cause. :). We love our cute little Emma! As for our house, it...
