To be honest I never really noticed it. I mean, I knew it was there, but it was just part of the local landscape. Exploring The Industrial North. Photobox have announced they are ending their pro gallery service, so in the absence of a similar service, I will now be printing any prints myself. I will be printing these on Fotospeed Baryta paper, arguably the finest paper for black and white you can buy, and print sizes will be 9×6, 12×8 an 15×12 inches. These will be printed to the same standards as my exhibition prints so will start at 20 per print, with P&P dependant on print size and quantity. Follow me on Facebook.

And it coincided with stumbling across this photograph in the Library of Congress of the trains run by the allied forces on the Iranian Railways in WW2.
