Friday, September 12, 2008. Here's a little story about a boat we call "Ugly Betty". A few weeks ago, Skipper (my dad) and his faithful side kick, Gilligan (Scott) decided to take "Ugly Betty" out. The girls and I thought it would be fun to go for a ride on Bob's boat (as Annie calls it) too. We packed up the kids, some snacks, lots of water and my dad. sorry, Skipper, stopped and got a little KFC to eat out on the lake. Here are a few pictures from our adventure. Notice the red face and sweaty hair.

Thursday, April 7, 2011. With the nice weather we have been wanting to grill out so Monday night Ryan came home and fired up the grill. We ended up having our FHE out there too before a severe thunderstorm rolled in. Both kids beg to put on Daddy's helmet in the morning before he leaves. For all those that don't know, Hartwell is a Giraffe. It was a fun project. Daddy had another birthday. Laralee celebrated it for about 3 weeks. Every morning and any time she saw him she'd say Happy Birthday Daddy and sing. As much as Ryan hates his birthday he loved it! We went to the Butterfly House. Laralee and her Buddy.

Wednesday, September 22, 2010. The other morning before family prayer I failed to take Hartwell's cereal bowl from him.
