Directions to Holy Loch Marina. Dunoon is easily reached from Glasgow and Central Scotland by driving west on the M8 and following the signs for Greenock and Gourock, or you can take the train. From Glasgow to Gourock. Upon reaching Gourock, you can take either the Argyll ferry which operates from the Gourock Ferry Terminal (next to the train station) to Dunoon Pier, or you can take Western Ferries. Dunoon is also a one hour journey from Glasgow Airport, and 52 miles from Prestwick Airport.
