From here to there…. Asymp; Leave a comment. Last night I dreamt headily. I witnessed an owl unexpectedly leave our plane. Right before my eyes an explosion of feathers erupted above the road following an oncoming car. I burst from within myself and ran to gather every beautiful striped feather I could, some still holding small pieces of dry flesh. I’ve pieced together its meaning which leaves me smiling, despite the underlying frightfulness. And I will take heed. Less rationality. More heart.

Dancing within. Looking ahead. Waiting. I’m careful and keen in my farewell but consciously I slow my desire to break into a sprint. I try not to rush. With the force and energy of all that is going on around me, I topple over and go under and then I rebound back somehow ready to take the next surge.
