Friday, June 6, 2014. 1 cup milk, heated until steamy. 189; cup brown sugar. 1 cup warm water. 5-6 cups flour (I use whole wheat). 1 stick butter, melted. Brown sugar (1-2 cups). Cocoa (½ – ¾ cup). In a large bowl, place butter and hot milk. Add sugar, yeast, salt, water, and eggs. Stir in flour until to stiff to stir with a spoon. Then knead in the remaining flour. Knead for five minutes. Let rise for an hour and a half. It made around 25 rolls.
