Blackwork doesnt have to be black! Welcome – Kia Ora. Aren’t these gingham Kiwi adorable! My latest stitching finish, the pattern is designed by Jenny of Home-Stitch-Ness. I love her designs, and this one brings back memories of our visit to New Zealand a couple of years ago. Maori carving, New Zealand. These little Kiwi birds bring those memories and more. The raspberry-gingham Kiwi is now in the entrance-way, warmly welcoming guests – Kia Ora! September 26, 2016. Sewing Beside the Sea. Liked by 1 person.

Mirabilia Shimmering Mermaid – conversion of the Compass only, finished 18/05/2014. Various ornaments, still to be “finished” as ornies…. Nora Corbett Santa’s Sleigh, finished March 31st. You can’t see all the shine and glitter and beads but I LOVE this design. I have six of the reindeer to do once I get some dyed fabbie from Catherine’s shop. May 15, 2014 at 6:38 am.
