Kiki is now in the local whatever you call it preschool, where the special needs kids are put in with a few “typically developing” kids, to learn social cues, or whatever. Saturday-Wednesday Dan was dehydrating all kinds of things in preparation for the Young Men's 30 mile, 3 day hike in the White Mountains, New Hampshire. He bought 15 lbs. of meat to turn into jerky, pineapples, strawberries, blueberries, apricots, etc. He was so diligent. He had 3. Dehydraters going almost non-stop for 4 days. Lot's of late nights! I love the way the fruit smelled, not so much the jerky. Rachel and Paul Jenkins.

Tuesday, May 07, 2013. Volunteered at Ben's school. Picked up bags of bark at Lowe's. Delivered CDs of pictures to my aunt and sister-in-law. Loaded and unloaded the dishwasher. Edged and mowed the lawn. Spread out bark on flower beds. Treated all the dandelions in the yard. Painted part of the roof soffit. Did a couple loads of laundry. Ran to the library. September 26, 2017. The water outside was over my knees, luckily I'm on the second floor and the water began receding before it got into the bottom apartments. We had our downstairs neighbor's stuff in ours, just in case they flooded. Which they quickly took back when our roof began leaking!
