Friday, January 7, 2011. Wincobank tales - how not to delegate. Ok, so I’d built this little team from Pirates and renegades and I felt kind of protective towards them. After all, they didn’t have much experience and needed nurturing. The Community Centre was open a lot of hours for all the different activities including evenings and some weekends. I found myself there many days from 8.00 in the morning through to 10.00 at night. No sooner had I got up the ladder than the phone started ringing.
