Time really flies. it seems like it was just yesterday that i had pe and tml i will be having pe again. pe sucks and rocks at the same time. it sucks because i have to wear white shoes which have little cushion to run and it rocks because its always the best period together with recess, lunch break and free periods. Monday, April 30. Never run 2.4km with broken school shoes. i did that and it 'spoiled' both my legs. lol. both my knees hurt badly. what's more, my calf was damn tight and now my ad ductor is also tight. maybe that's what happens if i drop from thrice a week training to only once a week training. everywhere ache. owww.
