Sometimes records bits and pieces of it all. Enjoy the recipes, I certainly do. The ones that I don’t enjoy are left to my non-functioning memory. Useful quality control, I suppose. I’m surprised chemists don’t sell this, to be honest. Put it on EVERYTHING. 1 c packed fresh coriander. Frac12; c. packed fresh parsley. 1 clove garlic, minced. 2 hit green chillies, with seeds, finely chopped (the picture has a red one in it because I ran out). 2 tbs olive oil. 1 tsp each cumin, ground coriander.
