Sunday, September 4, 2011. I had some extra pie dough from the pies I was making and didn't know what to do with it. I thought about it for a bit and then decided that butter tarts were the way to go. I also learned that "Butter Tarts" are a Canadian thing. Who knew? I just thought they were a normal part of life. eh! If you have never heard of these little beauties, make sure you give them a try! And thought I'd share it with you. Friday, July 29, 2011. Friday Favorites are all about Feelings today! I love the my niece has learned to say Auntie and I love you. It sounds more like "Ahnie" and "wulv-ewe", but regardless she still says those words and it makes my heart melt every time she does! My family, I have the best family ever! When you get so excited for something that your heart feels like its too big for your chest! I don't think this feeling ever gets old. It always makes me happy!
