Dear Mom : Fighting a Custody Battle. October Baby →. January 2, 2013 · 8:00 am. Goodbye 2012 and Goodbye Unforegiveness. It’s time to get candid. Blogging is a source for others to share their experiences, opinions and struggles while doing it in love. For me 2012 was by far one of the most difficult years for me with issues ranging from marital stress, physical strain, extended family issues, custody battles and the biggest….unforgiveness. Lets back track…. I was consistently reminded of Mark 11:25.

Newer posts →. August 30, 2012 · 5:58 pm. Fig Trees of Life. The last several weeks I have been challenged deeply in my faith. There are many things I could share regarding what I have learned but the biggest challenge/lesson that I am facing on a day-to-day basis is controlling and using my tongue to glorify Him…and glorifying Him constantly. Literally Christ said one sentence and the tree died…how many times have I said something deathly and caused hurt or pain? There is hope for certain situations in ...

Monthly Archives: June 2012. June 11, 2012 · 8:39 pm. This is part of a new series on Mondays called “Meaningful Mondays.”. When my husband and I moved here it was because we were unemployed and looking for work with no money really saved to live anywhere else. We knew that God had blessed us with the opportunity to stay in our beloved town though with our beloved church so we took this as a learning and growth experience. I could tell you countless of stories but two recent stories stands out in my mind...

Immediately finishing this movie last night I knew this was going to be today’s topic; October Baby, the mainstream movie making a BIG impact on the reality of abortion, pain, and one woman’s journey through the decision to find out who she really was. The movie ends with an amazing journey of forgiveness for the woman who tried to have her murdered and ultimately caused the death of her brother. Now at t...

Monthly Archives: July 2012. July 16, 2012 · 3:03 am. I just don’t want to. I had this entire blog post planned out to talk about my experience in New York and Philadelphia and just travel. Then half way through this long update I realized, “I just don’t want to write about this anymore. I don’t want to write about anything in particular period actually…”. How often have we done that? How often have we wrote something we didn’t feel we should write, or say something we felt we should say?

Monthly Archives: September 2012. September 7, 2012 · 2:08 am. It dawned on me tonight as I sat on my couch amongst the quiet, the silent, and the still. I’ve changed and I have changed a lot. I am still the outgoing, crazy, spontaneous, woman I’ve always been but there is a level of awareness in my life that I’ve never had before. I did not turn to Christ for healing or comfort during those times. I turned to noise. I began to turn off the extra distractions around me. Follow Blog via Email.

I have quite a few posts I’d like to accomplish in the next few weeks but life is busy so for now I will leave you with a simple food review of the first week of our “planned nightly meals.”. So I did not make the Crockpot Chicken Tacos. Because I went to eat Mexican food with a friend instead. I will review this when I try it. The Lemon Chicken Pasta is always delicious!
