Pushing past my fears to run an 8k - Bipolar Mom Life
http://bipolarmomlife.com/running
Writing my way through living with mental illness. Pushing past my fears to run an 8k. March 28, 2015. I’ve hated running. For as long as I can remember. This fierce hatred stemmed from the Presidential Physical Fitness Challenges we had to endure in grade school. Middle school was rough enough with puberty. Why did they have to throw in a rigorous athletic test which we had to perform in front of our peers? An entire mile without stopping. My best friends from growing up who I danced with for years.

Writing my way through living with mental illness. Why I love Stitch Fix. July 3, 2015. It’s no surprise to my close friends that I’m in love with Stitch Fix. Stitch Fix makes shopping as easy as 1-2-3:. 1 – Style Profile. 2 – Pick a Date. Then you choose the date you’d like to receive your box. I tend to request a box when I have a big event coming up or a special trip. Part of the fun in choosing a date is the anticipation of the Fix arrival! 3 – Have fun trying on your Fix. Family members as mental health allies. Help When You Need It. Families often feel as if they are spinning in a revolving door of hospitalizations, relapse and, sometimes, jail and homelessness. There are solutions in the way of laws, called "Kendra's Law" and "Laura's Law," that require court-ordered treatment if certain standards are met. They change from state-to-state. We advocate for a national treatment standard. How can we help you? Let us know what additional resources. If danger is imminent.

Thursday, February 19, 2015. What Truly Matters in the End! The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil. I was scrolling through my Facebook newsfeed the other day when I saw a photo with this quote on it:. In the end only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.
