Here is what I have done for 11 out of the 12 hours. I've managed to get more detalis in and separated the legs a bit more. I did some more close up shots since I think that it would be a good idea so that people can see what's been done. I'm now up to 8 hours into the drill. I placed in the hands and made her arms, I've been working with the topology to try and keep it clean. ZBrush Alien Post #2. I made some changes to my concept of what I was going to make this alien look like. I gave it more of a stubby tail for balance since I was unsure of if it really needed a tail or not and asked some friends and they thought that the tail would be a good idea. So you can see from the single drawing that I did the outline in Illustrator CS2, and the changes I made in the XSI screen shots I took. Hand Drill Part 3. Hand Drill Part 2. This is just an update for those of you who seem to be still viewing my blog. I've managed to graduate from 3D. Gaming animation. I'm still working on updating my modeling skills and make some new environments, that I will hopefully place up on my blog. I've starting taking a new program that will allow me to make my own website that I can place more of my own work on. So I will be doing graphics and web design. The finished Taoist Paradise. I've managed to reduce the poly count in XSI (trying to create my own low-poly without using the polygon reduction option). And have been working. On some of the unwrapping. So that I can start to. Texture it. So in keeping. With a cartoony feel,. I've been looking at. I'm really impressed that. I'm this far along in this assignment. I've got a week to get the textures completely done, so I've got to really push myself to get it done. New Model in the works. Well I've been trying to come up with a new model for awhile now. I've finally got something to show. The style will be somewhat cartoon in the final render. But I like my concept and where it's going right now. Of course this my all change within a week.we'll have to see. Card Captor Sakura - Vector. So here is Card Captor Sakura (anime character) that I drew over in Illustrator CS3. I used the pen tool to outline it and selected similar colors to the ones in the original.
