ICT for Development.JP. そんな思いで首都アクラに戻り、ICT4Educationってのは未だ幻想なんですかねぇ と思いつつネットを見ていたら、Kentaro Toyama 外山健太郎 氏が最近出版された本を発見。 Geek Heresy: Rescuing Social Change from the Cult of Technology. 事例を語る OLPCのニコラス ネグロポンテ氏や、 インドのスラム街の壁に誰でも自由に使えるパソコンを設置したら子供が勝手に語学や科学とかまで勉強するようになった. 事例 壁の穴 を語るスガタ ミトラ氏が有名。 また、アメリカの事例を用いて 途上国だからICT4Educationが上手くいかないのか 否、先進国でもそうだ という話も。 自分もICT4Dについては比較的悲観的 批判的 な立場で見ることが多いですが、でもやっぱりICT4Dには夢や可能性がある気がして、 じゃ、どうすれば失敗しないのか を探求して行きたいと思っています。 7月 26, 2015. 7月 29, 2015 2:47 pm. 7月 31, 2015 8:18 am.
