The property is composed of three buildings: the farmhouse, the hayloft and the stable. The farmhouse is partly inhabited by Andrea and Marina; it has an independent apartment on the ground floor, while the hayloft and the stable have been trasformed into two small houses. The buildings are surrounded by an olive grove and an extensive lawn where the swimming pool is located, in an isolated and panoramic position. Heating is scheduled between October 15 and April 15.
