I love my kitchen. Thought I’d share the recipe from Mark Bittman’s How to Cook Everything that opened my eyes to the beauty of well-cooked spaghetti (with my revisions):. Pasta with Butter, Sage, and Parmesan. Makes about 4 servings. 10 fresh sage leaves or 1 tablespoon dried whole sage leaves.
