Friday, November 29, 2013. I can't believe tooth decay got me. So anyways, what happened to my tooth was. it started from a small hole. I left it untreated, i didnt brush my teeth regularly. And i got cavity. What's worse, the bacteria exposed my nerves and attacked it. Left me woken up 8 times at night and unable to focus on my daily task for like 6 hours. Before my nerves officially died out. So now i ain't sensitive to hot or cold anymore. But my tooth is fucking tender and sore. But that's not all.

Didn't want to run initially, but since the rest were, no choice. I came in third with the timing of 13:48. Amazingly. Glad I ran anyway, getting fatter the past week. :/. English was slack again.
