Please e-mail or telephone. Allan@longwall282.freeserve.co.uk. We allow dogs but an extra charge of £10.00 per dog per week is charged and we would appreciate any dog fouling be removed from the garden. Are from Saturday to Saturday arriving at 4pm. and departing at 10.00am. The time between to allow for preparation for the next guests. We would appreciate you leaving the house and contents as you found them. Discount given to smaller groups. Prices include linen and towels.

Just a few lines to say how much we enjoyed staying at Immeriach.The setting was unbelievable. 2We had a great time as always. It makes such a difference having an enclosed garden so we dont have to worry about our two dogs all the time. There was only one day we did not manage to have breakfast on the lawn. The bird feeders were a great attraction for lots of different birds and I got some great photos of a red squirrel robbing the bird seeds. Mr and Mrs. Leiper. Mr and Mrs. Horner.

The Lounge with bay window looking up to the mountains has a well stocked library and a variety of board games, along with a Wi Fi connection, TV and DVD player for you to use if the weather is inclement. All the rooms lead off the hallway. In the kitchen there is a wood-burning stove, which helps to keep the cottage the cosy cottage that it is. The back door into the garden leads off the kitchen. Twin bedroom with south and west window.
