Everywhere Photos: The Wyit Sprowls Covered Bridge
http://everywherephotos.blogspot.com/2011/03/wyit-sprowls-covered-bridge.html
My adventures in photography. Monday, March 28, 2011. The Wyit Sprowls Covered Bridge. During our drive from Virginia to Illinois, we decided to do a quick side trip to Washington County, Pennsylvania where my husband's ancestors lived. Among the famous landmark in that County is a covered bridge named after my husband's great, great grandfather Wyit Sprowls. So, we met up with a wonderful long lost cousin-in-law who was so kind to lead us to the covered bridge which now stands in East Finley Park.

My adventures in photography. Sunday, October 31, 2010. It's the third week of my "Rainbow Project" and my color spotlight for the week is the cheerful YELLOW! I really had fun this week looking for yellow subjects to photograph. The photos below were taken during one of our morning walks with our Beagle: the iconic school bus, caution road signs - pedestrian crossing and stoplight, and the fire lane. Monday, October 25, 2010. A Bark in the Park. For staging a great event for a really worthy cause! Orang...

My adventures in photography. Monday, September 6, 2010. A Place Called "Omak". Omak is a quiet city in Washington state located at the heart of the Okanogan County. If you plan to travel northwest in the U.S., or just want to escape from busy Seattle, Omak's a city you might want to check out. It is also a two hour drive away from Spokane. Friday, September 3, 2010. Taking photos of Spudz. I love visiting animal shelters to check out adoptable pets. One of my favorites is the Animal Assistance League.

My adventures in photography. Friday, December 24, 2010. Christmas is indeed the most wonderful time of the year. Aside from family gatherings, Christmas songs, and food, one of the things I look forward to during the holidays are the festive decors. It's always exciting to look at houses and buildings decked with colorful and bright ornaments. They make the season more joyful and magical. Here are some ornaments which we usually see during Christmas time. Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Out of the Shelter.

My adventures in photography. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Here are top and side view photos of a Tazo green tea bottle which I took during one of our weekend Bible studies at Starbucks. Sunday, August 29, 2010. Bridges can be a good subject for a photographer. They also remind me of Robert James Waller's book, The Bridges of Madison County, in which I cried buckets of tears after reading the novel. Bridge connecting Indiana and Chicago.
