Recreating Classic Recipes with a Twist. Paula peck in the media. Balsamic Glazed Strawberry and Goat Cheese Spinach Salad. August 9, 2015. Balsamic Glazed Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad. 1/4 cup balsamic glaze or balsamic reduction (see note). 4 cups spinach leaves. 4 oz crumbled goat cheese. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar. 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil. 1 teaspoon dijon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve salad on small plates and spoon balsamic glazed strawberries on top.
