Monday, June 14, 2010. And we determined that the new look is very different: a bizarro version of the kitchen we had before. Well, not totally- same basic structure and appliances. But the coloring is different on the surfaces: we had brown cabinets, white backsplash and counters, more brown cabinets, and a brown floor. Now all that is reversed! Pale, freckled skin? Thursday, June 24, 2010. In June we took a quick trip to Houston. It was kind of a last-minute vacation, mostly to get out of town while we still could, but also to see my Uncle Charlie, Aunt Ann, and to go to the beach. Monday, December 15, 2008. Ever since we moved from Idaho, I have missed being a part of or attending The Messiah at Ricks/BYUI. It was a personal highlight of the Christmas season. It deepens the Christmas season and my love for the scriptures. I have found something that is also inspiring here. They have choirs from around the area sing Christmas songs every half hour. Sunday, February 14, 2010. For Family night, Daddy picked out a puzzle that we could all work on. It has been amazing how much fun we have had with it. So Dad got out a bigger puzzle (1000) and has immersed himself in it. We had a little more time with him being laid off, and with the 2 Snow Days!
