I throw down some 'push muscle' opposition workouts on the gymnastic rings now and again and I go scrabble around in the mountains and get scared. I still love climbing, but it's in a state of relative dormancy right now for me. Either that or I'm lovingly crafting an intricate excuse for simple laziness. Maybe both, who knows.
