Like Mother Like Daughter. I've been hiccuping so much recently, it would be surprising that Jade would not get hiccups at some point. Today only, I can count 4 episodes of hiccups from her. The ups and downs and in-betweens of a first time mom 2 be. A couple of weeks ago, I received a sample of the Baby Gourmet. Baby vegetable and fruit purees for review. About my little tester: 7 months old Naomi. Had only been fed breast milk and homemade purees up to that point. She can be a little fussy with the homemade purees and made it very clear to me that she would not eat just anything I provide in a spoon. Hehe. The samples were wrapped in a box made of recycled material that looked like this:.

The ups and downs and in-betweens of a first time mom 2 be. We went to my second medical appointment this morning. First checked in for some blood tests and then went to see the OB-Gyn nurse for standard questions before seeing the doc. 16 weeks and 1 day pregnant. Weight: 197lbs ( 2.5 lbs since first exam, still 3 lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight). Then we sat in the hall waiting for the OB-gyn to arrive. The ups and downs and in-betweens of a first time mom 2 be. We're now at 38 weeks and Jade is supposedly the size of a watermelon now. I took a few pictures yesterday in front of the mirror. They're not great but good enough to remember the size and shape of the belly in this final stage of development. So far, I've had 2 bad episodes of indigestion that kept me up all night. They are not painful but they last about 45-60 seconds and come back every 5-12 minutes. I charge my iPod touch and start carrying it around as I installed an application (Contraction Master) that let's me time and record my contractions.
