Preparatory drawings

Click on the photos to view enlargements. Preparatory drawings are done in pencil or charcoal, usually from life, using the sightsize method. The paper used is either Roma, Fabriano, for charcoal or Arches, France, for pencil. Sometimes the preparatory drawing is transferred to the canvas or panel for painting. The price for a drawing with minimum three sittings is. USD $300. Drawings can be done from photos. Below are some examples of a preparatory drawing turned into a painting.

Vi startede med et stort lækkert frokost bord, derefter var jeg i Butik Himmelblå. Og se på de fine sager de har, det er en super flot butik. Da vi kom hjem igen fik vi kaffe/te og kage. Torsdag 31 mars 2011. Det var ett tag sen jag skrev sist nu. Men det är ju något positivt det beror på kan man säga, så jag kanske är ursäktad - eller? Det positiva är nämligen - Drömmen om Amerika börjar gå i uppfyllelse! Det har blivit en sanndröm med andra ord! Redan om två veckor börjar vår dröm realiseras.
