In Search of the Red Line: Sometimes the most hardcore thing you can do...

http://www.insearchoftheredline.blogspot.com/2012/01/sometimes-most-hardcore-thing-you-can.html

In Search of the Red Line. A vegan runner who thinks with SI units and literary theoremes. Monday, January 16, 2012. Sometimes the most hardcore thing you can do. Is to take a day off. I didn't run today. I'm finally listening to my body, which gave me a bit of a cold a few days ago. But I just had to run those 30k this weekend to hit my weekly kilometrage- at least I didn't do the long run on trails at an ungodly hour of the morning with wind chills probably below -15C. Happy 2012! | the long nineteenth century

https://long19thcentury.wordpress.com/2012/01/10/happy-2012

The long nineteenth century. Victorianists gone wild…. January 10, 2012. Posted by Mia Chen under Uncategorized. It’s always the bicentennial or sesquicentennial of something, but this year’s is a biggie. As I’m sure all you long nineteenth centuryists are already sick to death of hearing–so happy 2012! About the link–it seems totally in the spirit of Dickens to make a big capitalist hoopla over a meaningless anniversary, doesn’t it? Is one of my NYR’s to blog more frequently? Or, more likely, here.
