Jonathan and I have been eating this like its going out of style so I thought I would share. 4-6 cups Spring salad mix. 1/4 cup sliced strawberries. 1/3 cup dried cranberries. 1 tablespoon of brown sugar roasted chopped pecans. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. 1/4 cup aged balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons strawberry preserves. Freshly ground black pepper to taste. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, strawberry preserves, and black pepper. 1 cup white sugar.
