The Dartmouth Soundsystem: May 2009
http://laurenoostveen.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Reliving history and adjusting the ears of the rabbit. Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Disconnected and it feels so good. I have long suspected that my cat hated my laptop. probably because I pay attention to it when I should be showering her with attention/treats (mostly treats). This laptop has been scratched, slept on, clogged with fur, and generally abused by my cat for many months. I had my suspicions, but I didn't know how far she'd go. He discovered that the laptop's. Likely a combination of cat and gravity.

The Dartmouth Soundsystem: December 2009
http://laurenoostveen.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Reliving history and adjusting the ears of the rabbit. Friday, December 18, 2009. Overlit at parts and nonsensical, but I still like it. Monday, December 14, 2009. 1 My movie list. Has edged its way past 200. This is OK. Next year will be better. 2 Andrew and I put our diseased brains together to create a weird little 8mm film for the AFCOOP Super-8 Handmade Holiday Screening. Mysteriously, the Santa's body goes missing, and his mad scientist son has sworn revenge. What could possible happen next!

The Dartmouth Soundsystem: February 2010
http://laurenoostveen.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Reliving history and adjusting the ears of the rabbit. Friday, February 26, 2010. They're* coming to get you, Barbara. Is giving me the fear. Not the often-clogged series of tubes (as best illustrated by a Windows 95 screensaver. But the virtual masses who are sharing the location of their homes, letting us know the exact moment they cross the bridge, and flooding my once pristine Twitter feed with instructions on how to find them. Social media tools already require a certain level of narcissism. You...

The Dartmouth Soundsystem: October 2009
http://laurenoostveen.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Reliving history and adjusting the ears of the rabbit. Thursday, October 22, 2009. Things That Are True. 1 Concert tickets are expensive. I have given chunks of my salary to Slayer (yes), Megadeth (awesome), Stone Temple Pilots (admittedly a little lame but WHATEVER, internet), and Aussie Pink Floyd Show (for the fourth time). Still speculating whether I'll make an appearance the English Beat show. Or get smuggled into Wilco. Time will tell. 2 Nocturne was awesome. This was a blast! 3 I like Halloween.

The Dartmouth Soundsystem: June 2009
http://laurenoostveen.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Reliving history and adjusting the ears of the rabbit. Wednesday, June 17, 2009. 6 months, 120 movies. This is my second year. Of attempting to log all of the movies I watch. It's harder than it sounds, and I am not sure if the mid-year total 120 is 100% accurate, but it's definitely better than last year's score of 140/12 months. I don't think I'm watching more movies, but I am more diligent about updating my list. Romance is still alive and well. The one weird Saturday where I watched Mad Max. May was ...

Three Feet from a Rat: My pleasant pheasant experience
http://poofwhatgives.blogspot.com/2009/01/my-pleasant-pheasant-experience.html
Three Feet from a Rat. I can't believe I've upped and moved over here. Many of you can't either. This is my experience of London, life and rollercoasters. Thursday, January 01, 2009. My pleasant pheasant experience. Mr P came around for dinner last night to bring in the New Year, and something inspired me to cook a feast featuring pheasant (having never done that before! The menu consisted of:. Roast Pheasant with Lemon and Rosemary. Dark chocolate mousse with Baileys and mascarpone cream. Loved Created&...

Embracing The Lifestyle: Stinking Rose
http://jnoetl.blogspot.com/2011/01/stinking-rose.html
The webpage where we embrace the lifestyle - so you don't have to. Saturday, January 22, 2011. The first summer we lived in our house in Spruce Grove, Jenn lept. At the chance to fill the front flower bed with all manner of wonderful annuals. The following year, renovations prevented us from working too hard on that, and weeds took over. Last summer, it was the same, weeds until I dug up the whole lot and pulled everything out. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Embracing The Lifestyle: Automotive excess
http://jnoetl.blogspot.com/2011/09/automotive-excess.html
The webpage where we embrace the lifestyle - so you don't have to. Sunday, September 11, 2011. While staying at a pretty little lodge outside Golden BC, one of the other patrons had parked outside in a Mercedes CL 63 AMG. It looked expensive, and so, on a whim, I looked up the price on the web. I knew it was an expensive car, but that really took the cake. I mean, really, who needs a car that costs $243,000.00? And even if they did, why that one? That will do nicely if I want to go grand-am racing, but I...

The webpage where we embrace the lifestyle - so you don't have to. Sunday, March 11, 2012. Well, since my last update in December, my race to F-31 is stalled at F-3. I still have hope, however, of being at my wedding weight on my 7th anniversary. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Embracing The Lifestyle: Locking in Kim the Hundai
http://jnoetl.blogspot.com/2010/11/locking-in-kim-hundai.html
The webpage where we embrace the lifestyle - so you don't have to. Saturday, November 20, 2010. Locking in Kim the Hundai. Front and rear brake pads and rotors and rear calipers. Input and output shaft speed sensors. With the exception of the window lift (an inexpensive but annoying repair), the brake caliper (inexpensive), and the transmission speed sensors (inexpensive and easy to do one's self) all of these items are normal wear and tear items on a car.
