Inspired by the Sea. 365 days of creativity inspired by the sea. Day 339: Throwback Thursday. I love music and it definitely plays a big part in my life. It has provided inspiration for several projects that I have done over the course of the last year, and today’s is another one inspired by an iconic beach song. She wore an itsy-bitsy teenie-weenie yellow polka-dot bikini. And here is my card that pays tribute to that iconic fashion forward song:. This entry. You can leave a response. From your own site.

I will probably miss my daily crafting time, but for now, I need to prepare myself to hang up my fishing pole and step toward the next challenge. Today’s project is all about hanging up that fishing pole:. This entry. You can leave a response.

Inspired by the Sea. 365 days of creativity inspired by the sea. Day 360: Tribute to My Inspiration. About a year ago, my friend Jeannie finished up her 365 days project. She created a dress each day. You can view her creations 365 Dresses. Jeannie and her dresses inspired me to start my own year-long journey, so today’s project is a bit of a tribute you her and her dresses. I had the yellow and white polka-dot paper left over from when I made my i tsy-bitsy teenie-weenie yellow polka-dot bikini card.

Inspired by the Sea. 365 days of creativity inspired by the sea. Day 365: Something Beautiful Remains. I can’t believe that today is really the final day in my year-long journey. I could have tried to come up with a project that was over the top, but that just didn’t feel right. Instead, I went with what started me on this creative road and chose to make a card featuring a sentiment that felt appropriate. I used the sketch from Mojo Monday #326. The tide recedes but. I'm On A Nutrition Mission. So you may or may not know that I am currently studying an online Nutritional Therapist course with the Health Sciences Academy. I've been vegan for over two years now, so most people would assume that I have a fairly healthy lifestyle. However, I hold my hands up and admit that I am a junk food lover and convenience addict. I'm far from being perfect in the diet department. So before I'm qualified I better preach what I'm about to teach and get into some healthier habits!

Inspired by the Sea Pottery - Vancouver Island, BC - Sea Shells, Unique Stoneware
Debbie Paltzat’s pottery is both functional and artistic; inspired by the sea. Her pottery is remarkably light yet durable, finely crafted and aesthetically pleasing. The sea shells Debbie puts on her stoneware make her pottery unique. She uses real sea shells to make the molds; each piece is one of a kind (no two pieces are the same). Her pottery studio is located in Comox on Vancouver Island. Inspired by the sea pottery web site designed by nrichmedia.

my. little. thoughts.
My little. thoughts. Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Days 7 and 8. As the week came to an end, it was bittersweet because it was exactly 1 year ago that I had my first real NYFW experience as a volunteer. It opened up my eyes to a career that I loved and the opportunity that was given to me when I had zero experience. Now that I'm back at it again in the e-commerce world, it makes me covet my new career that much more. Sharply tailored meets soft and fluid" from Michael Kors. Monday, September 16, 2013.
