Each time a knot was undone a window opened letting me view the unknown. It takes a certain courage to look, to listen, to hear. Amazed and proud by some, taken aback, saddened, angry and confused by others. These knots whether undone or not are what I am sitting with, thinking about, writing about as I determine my role in any and all of it. I guess as long as all my knots keep untangling in the right time I will keep progressing, hopefully with awareness and clarity, doing what's needed in the right way.

Just after returning from an early evening walk with my pup that provided a beautiful sunset (no phone or camera to capture the beauty) and applying the banana peel mask to my face I realized I had not taken my first photo of the year. I try each year to take a picture on Jan 1 and post it. I like to see how I travel through the transition of time. The picture doesn't show the wind whipping the trees back and forth nor rain drops finding their way down. An ordinary day at first glance. But the wind was gusting through the branches causing the trees to dance as if their lives depended on it. Rain fell fast from the grayness above.
