Female attorney training for half ironman. Laquo; Confidence Swim. LAST WEEK BEFORE RACE DAY. Relaxing weekend in Charleston with the girls. Luckily, one friend is a runner and the other is a swimmer. Awesome. Between shopping and eating, we ran and swam in the ocean. I learned to ocean swim! At first, the salt water and waves were very daunting. I coughed seawater – even in 3 foot deep water. The waves seemed pretty big. After an hour or so, I started to really enjoy myself!
