Monday, March 24, 2014. One of my goals is to race at least a month this year. March's race was the Shamrock 10K where I came in 23rd overall and 4th in my age group. I'm improving or was improving. Recently, my achilles tendons have flared-up which could be due to my new running shoes or over training. Its difficult not to go out and run when everyday is sunny and 80 degrees!
