Sunday, November 30, 2008. Tuesday, November 11, 2008. I cut my hair! And I absolutley love it! Total, she cut off twelve inches. We donated it and it makes me feel good knowing that it can go to someone who may not be able to grow hair. I am sorry for those of you whose hair won't grow past your shoulders, my hair just isn't like that. It will be long again in six months if I want to grow it back out. So I thought, why not? Sunday, July 5, 2015. I've been reviewing my blog posts and realized that here I am, half way through 2015, and I never did a post for 2014 highlights! The whole year seems like a blur now. I am going to copy my format for 2013 highlights and see what I can come up with. It's better than nothing. Hard to think of an actual moment. Since I was so sick and still recovering from surgery, we had a very simple party with just cake and ice cream and all our family. Thank you so much to all who came and helped make Malachi feel like the coolest kid on the planet. He had been looking forward to his birthday for weeks! Here are a few pictures of his special day! Thursday, February 1, 2018. The dreaded third child. I wasn't very good at having 2 kids. When Matthew was born Mary was 3 years old (3 is SO much worse than 2, am I right? And Matthew was.colicky? He was by turns a happy and a miserable baby. Some nights he'd wake up crying every hour. We sleep-trained him probably 6 times. Mary loved the new baby and hated me for ignoring her. I felt exhausted and overwhelmed. I couldn't believe ANYONE would choose to have more than 2 kids. My last night pregnant.
