Memories of Robert: Today It's Snowing
http://robertholtmemories.blogspot.com/2011/04/today-its-snowing.html
A place to share memories of Robert Holt— lest we forget! Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Today it's snowing on my son's grave. He was born on this day thirty-eight years ago. It was the happiest day of my life, next to my marriage of Robert's father and my eternal sweetheart! I love them both, more now than I thought it would be possible to then. That has given me more peace and comfort than almost anything else these long twelve years since he died. My son's death has come so close to Easter this year, and it...

A place to share memories of Robert Holt— lest we forget! Wednesday, February 10, 2010. More memories to come…. February 16, 2010 at 10:57 PM. I absolutely do not remember that sand castle, but I remember one day I counted 30 kids in that sandbox in our backyard. It was like the neighborhood park before we all got fences! It was great because it kept my kids home and I could watch all of you from my kitchen window! February 18, 2010 at 4:13 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). WHAT OTHERS HAVE SENT IN.

A place to share memories of Robert Holt— lest we forget! Wednesday, February 10, 2010. Here is a Robert memory. When he came to my house, he loved my summer squash casserole. At first, I think he was afraid to try it. But once he did, he couldn't get enough of it. I remember him chilling out on my family room couch watching videos with the boys. My family room isn't there anymore, but lots of memories are. February 16, 2010 at 10:47 PM. Thanks for having him! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). You can ...

Darla Defeats Diabetes!: January 2011
http://darladefeatsdiabetes.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 30, 2011. Week Three ( a little prolog). As we sat near the entrance, Kristin pointed out the many people coming into the recreation center who were using canes, cripled over, and much fluffier than I was. It was so surprising to me that all those people were not letting their situations keep them from moving! I'm on a roll. Eye exam results. Picture of eye rettina. The damage is near the dark spot in the center. Thursday, January 27, 2011. Milestones from week 2 include:. I'm feeling hap...

Darla Defeats Diabetes!: June 2011
http://darladefeatsdiabetes.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 20, 2011. I needed a boost this week. I am getting off track and I admit to resorting to some of my previous bad habits. So I thought I would ask my personal trainer for some help. Then she tells me she featured me on her own professional blog this weekend. What a motivation! Thanks Laura Butters for your encouragement and guidance in sustaining my good health. I'm not sure I cooled down doing it, but it sure felt great. Sports injury ,. I might add). What a blessing! Track - Use Livestrong&...

Darla Defeats Diabetes!: May 2011
http://darladefeatsdiabetes.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 28, 2011. I've returned from my exciting trip to Washington DC and Baltimore, MD this week. My sister and I spent 8 days there, my first time on the east coast. It was eye opening. We certainly did our share of walking through the town too as we wanted to see all the inner harbor sites near our hotel. Every morning and evening we walked to breakfast to a different resturant to sample as many different meals as we could (within our tastes). We really enjoyed the Baltimore Inner Habor area wi...
