The best of the best, when it comes to culinary creations. Thursday, August 19, 2010. 1 can sweetened condensed milk. 1 cup corn syrup. Line a cookie sheet with parchment. Find a large saucepan. Add in all ingredients except for vanilla. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Once boiling, cook for around 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, take off the stove and mix in vanilla.
