July 10, 2015. I have my next assignment, which I am scheduled to transfer to in summer/fall 2016. It’s. So, I gambled on that, listing Bishkek first as insurance and then the nicer city second. I did end up connecting with someone there, the woman who currently has the job I’m assigned to, and what a relief! Monthly Archives: July 2015. Day trip to the beach. July 17, 2015. Of course I took a picture of the ticket office! There is trash on this beach, but not nearly as much as in the city. Plus, there’s a live-in cleaning crew:. There is also an open-air restaurant where the ferry stops. I’m confident that shoes and shirts are not required. Restaurant at Pointe Denis. We’ll have to go back sometime during the ten month-long hot season and I’ll let you know just how nice the water feels then. July 10, 2015.

Life was understandably crazy following the ceremony. Only Keegan was able to come with us to the ceremony so there was a mad dash afterward to pick up Rowen and tell her our great news and then rush off to the after party with David's classmates. Sunday, December 28, 2014. Hunting Sunrise at Galunggung. Even though we were late, it was still a majestic sight. The sun had been up for about an hour and the mist hanging over the land and creeping around the hills was beautiful to see. You could see for miles. We hiked up the 614 steps and the view at the top was also stunning. It took my breath away. The mountain is really a volcano which erupted last in 1982. Saturday, May 2, 2015. We went to Bandung last weekend. Left Jakarta on Friday afternoon and came back on Sunday. It was a fun adventure that I recommend to anybody with a moderate sense of adventure. We did not shop. And, Here.We.Go! Monday, May 19, 2014. Where are YOU from? Where are you from? So with all this in mind we decided to make Nevada our "home". My mom said this makes us Las Vegans or Vegans for short. It was a crazy adventure in which we learned a couple of things. We had our ticket and a seat within 5 minutes and were sitting in front of one of their 37 windows by 8:10am, taking an eye test and getting our pictures taken. We were out of there in under an hour. It was unbelievable :-D. Where are YOU from?
