Monday, November 28, 2011. 1 pkg active dry yeast. 1/4 cup warm water. 3/4 cup lukewarm milk. 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 cups all-purpose. 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in milk, 1/4 cup sugar, salt, egg, shorening and 1 3/4 cups of flour. Beat until smooth. mix in enough of the remaining flour to make the dough easy to handle. Heat oven to 375F. Bake25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.
