Monthly Archives: August 2013. After a long hiatus, I am back to blogging! And exercise 🙂 I have a half marathon on 30 days and i’m ramping up the training! A lovely run in Sussex yesterday turned into a 20K run, we got lost 😦 Running through fields and small towns (villages) with horses, cows and sheep! Elliptical, we meet again! Not a great week! June 10, 2013 · 1:30 pm. Days 7 to 10! Day 7: I made it to day 7! Woop woop 🙂 It was supposed to be a swim day but woke up slightly drunk from the night before so that did not really go as plannned! Ended up walking into work (took me 40 mins), helped clear my head for the crazy day ahead. I also hit 18 000 with my steps (global corporate challenge)! We had such a wonderful weekend, I am so thankful for the sunshine we had! Week 2, its on! Not a great week!

For me the Juneathon challenge was not about exercise but committing to writing about my exercise (or in some instances lack thereof) every day for 30 days. Well goal accomplished, look through my page and you’ll find a post for everyday, albeit I did cheat a few times and had to double (or triple) post, but I digress. What did I learn?
