Saturday, August 28, 2010. Robbie has this obsession with babies who scowl. He loves it when a baby will not smile back regardless of how hard someone works to make them smile. (Abbie Bonham won his heart for this exact reason and that started their special bond.). My mom was just in town and brought up a hard drive of pictures from our childhood. Thursday, December 16, 2010. It's official. We are going to be parents! Not that is was not official before, but it is starting to feel more real! Last night Robbie and I made official purchasing plans for some of the "major" items (i.e. rocking chair, car seat, etc). While there we realized one of our strollers is being discontinued so we put the last one in the state (the floor model) in Orem. I just got the phone call that my wonderful father in law just picked it up! December 20, 2010 at 7:41 PM.

One Extremely Disrespectful Zealot! Wednesday, March 28, 2018. REMINDER: ketosis and ketones do nothing to improve health and fitness. You know, blog, Im not sure if Ive specifically written about how useless of a general health practice aiming for ketosis really is. In the past Ive definitely mentioned that ketones suppress appetite or cause weight loss is largely a myth, after I shared my experiences with exogenous ketone salts. I must correct this immediately.
