http://caseyandashleyking.blogspot.com/2014/05/his-plan-is-always-better-than-ours.html
Friday, May 9, 2014. His plan is always better than ours. For those of you that don't know me very well, I am a planner and I can be a control freak. Heavenly Father knows this about me, so he likes to throw a wrench in my plans and make me reconsider what i'm doing. I will be teaching 6th grade in the afternoons and every other Friday. I am VERY excited and can't wait! Posted by Casey and Ashley King. June 5, 2014 at 1:12 PM. So glad to have you as by BFF! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). It's the li...

Once Upon a Time...: We've got a walker!
http://caseyandashleyking.blogspot.com/2014/06/weve-got-walker.html
Friday, June 6, 2014. We've got a walker! Taysom definitely took his time with learning to walk. We decided it's probably because of the fact that he has 4 adults who will carry him anywhere that he would like to go. On May 28th he started to take steps without holding on to anything! Here's the video of Taysom taking some of his first steps for your viewing pleasure (and for our own documentation). :). I will post the video later.darn blogger isn't loving it for some reason*. Once Upon a Time...: December 2013
http://caseyandashleyking.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 21, 2013. Wowit's been a while! It's been, well.forever. A lot has changed since I last blogged! Life has been so crazy busy that blogging is something I just haven't had time to do! I don't even really know where to start, so I am just going to do some quick highlights on everything that has happened. I'm sure I will miss a TON, but oh well right? Hopefully I will be better at this from now on! We have hopes to be on our own by summer, so we will see! That being said, we decided that ...

Once Upon a Time...: March 2013
http://caseyandashleyking.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 27, 2013. Here are some pictures of Taysom :) I have more, but I figured I would only post some of them. Posted by Casey and Ashley King. I've been meaning to write about Taysom's birth for a while now, but right now is the only time I had the opportunity! If I would have been induced I would have been in labor for probably 12 hours and then ended up with a c-section, so i'm glad I followed the spirit and didn't go ahead with the induction. Waiting to have my baby :). 6 lbs 14 oz. As far...

Chase and Amy: June 2015
http://chaseandamy.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 26. Growing up and into adulthood, I had a terribly irrational fear of going to the doctor. Pregnancy fixed that problem. I was mildly terrified of the dentist, but got over that.I thought. I told Lauren I would be there to hold her hand. I wish my mommy was there to hold MY hand. But both of us were brave and left the dentist feeling much relieved with no sliced tongues, stitches or cavities! Now I just wish I got to pick a prize out of the treasure box too! Wednesday, June 24. It was a hit!

Chase and Amy: April 2015
http://chaseandamy.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 20. So There Was a Time. When I broke my foot. It isn't even a good story; toys on the floor, trying to keep Gavin from taking a head dive off a chair led to said broken foot. Whoever invented crutches and made them the standard fare for lower extremity injuries must not have had any nerve sensations in their arms. Scooters are much better and by the time said foot is done healing my right leg will be twice the size as my left! Perspective is an interesting thing. Saturday, April 4. I am so...

Chase and Amy: December 2014
http://chaseandamy.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 15. I think Gingerbread houses are neat, but not neat enough in this instance to warrant dealing with crumbly graham crackers that won't stay glued together. So we did trees instead. Short, sweet, fun with no "glue" involved. Lauren thought it was "SO FUN MOMMY! I'll call it a win! Gavin just ate his. :). Saturday, December 13. Lessons from the Vacuum Salesman. He asked questions about how long we'd been married, school and such. He made a comment that made me think he was sad that h...

Squatting Turtle and Scampering Giraffe. Adventures in the life of two crazy animals. Wednesday, May 23, 2012. It has been a while since I posted- again- but the cord to put pictures on my computer has been broken and I feel like our posts are a lot more exciting when we have pictures! Let's be honest, some things just can't be explained with words! Luckily, my amazing husband knows how to fix things and he got it to work today! So, here is some of what we have been up to! It looks much better now! Lana ...

Monday, August 10. Fun at the Fair. We had a great time at the fair on Saturday. Lauren loved the rides and Gavin loved the tractors! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Every time she hears the dryer open Lauren runs in and holds her arms up ready for me to hand her laundry from the washer. I hand her every little piece and she throws it into the dryer making sure nothing is hanging out. When I dust she needs a rag too and follows right behind me and mimics every move I make. When she's trying to get my attenti...
