The developer planning to build on the existing lots listed the heritage homes as FREE as long as whoever wanted them paid for the cost of moving them, which is a much better alternative to demolishing them. Kudos to developer, Tien Cher, for thinking outside the box and saving these old beauties. Sources say they are being transported to Maple Ridge via barge. Too bad they can’t stay in North Van.
