To date, we have no cause of death and his death has been classified as Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC). A Service to celebrate Jacob’s life was held on Wednesday, April 9th, 2008 at 10:00 am at Glenwood Funeral Home in Sherwood Park, Alberta. He was a loving little man, whose life was taken away too soon, but he will remain forever in our hearts. Kim and Ryan Heit.
