The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals by Michael Pollan. In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto by Michael Pollan. The Art of Simple Food: Notes, Lessons, and Recipes from a Delicious Revolution by Alice Waters. They evolved to digest grass. No wonder our cows get sick and need antibiotics. July 14, 2015. Just wanted to update you all. No baby yet! Obviously. I went for my 39 week check up. Here’s the TMI part, if you don’t care about dilation and all that fun stuff, then keep on reading. I’m 2 cm dilated and 90% effaced. Isaiah is at -1 station. Basically, we are making progress! I’ve started walking a lot and bouncing on my yoga ball. Not only is that supposed to help speed things up, but it’s good for your body in general so hey, killing two birds with one stone right?
