Ron and Devy Porter. Monday, August 27, 2007. The registration was delayed because I misunderstood the rules. I was under the impression that I needed a compliance sticker in order to complete the registration form. Apparently, it's not only possible to register without compliance, but required if planning to run the boat while the compliance is being processed. Naturally, I did both sides. Not a bad job with the old paintbrush, eh?
