I think that this is one of the things that help me to become more accountable to myself. Also if I know I have to comment on my eating it helps to keep me on track. Life is a journey. Joe's weight loss journey Blog. One man's journey to a new life. 7 pounds lost in the last two weeks. That will actually be 53 weeks but I am not scheduled to weigh in on the 12. But I may change my mind before then. I am on my Saturday eating plan which is a little bit more than normal but still a controlled amount. So I am on my plan for eating also today. Joe's weight loss journey Blog. One man's journey to a new life. 14 pounds lost in 4 weeks. I started working out again this week. It is going well except I needed to basically start over again on the weight lifting because of the injuries. So what I am doing is concentrating on aerobic activity and working to build that up and make progress in my cardio fitness. I think that is a good direction for me to be going at this point. Update 12 hours later: I have decided that I have some kind of bug. I have some mild queasiness and moderately loose bowel movement. Just a quick post to say that yesterday even though I wanted a juicy burger, I had a nice salad with chicken and summer fruit. It was a good choice. There’s one win. I reserve the right to modify at any time! To be as physically strong as am I emotionally. To have more stamina. To be able to sing better (stronger core = stronger voice). To again wear the thousands of dollars of smaller size clothes in my closet. To buy clothes in NORMAL stores. To fit down the aisle in an airplane.

But this feels like when everyone is passing notes in class and the teacher ignores it until YOU have it…and then only YOU get punished. Day 96: Can’t Stomach the Lapband. 100 Days are Almost Over. 96 days ago I said if I didn’t lose 25 lbs in 100 days, I would look into lapband. But I am not prepared to do that. I definitely didn’t lose the 25 lbs….but I just don’t want to make such a change to my “plumbing” – even though the band is less invasive than the bypass…I am not yet prepared to do it.
